Welcome to the School Fair Number Show! Use 8, 7, 4 and 2 once each to build the greatest number, build the smallest number, then find the difference.
Accuracy and clear number thinking come before speed. There is no timer.
Move the four number cards into the order that makes the greatest possible four-digit number.
Start with the digit that has the greatest value.
Now use the same four cards to make the smallest possible four-digit number.
Round 2 unlocks after you build the greatest number correctly.
Use the two numbers you built. Subtract the smallest number from the greatest number.
