Kitchen safety & allergies: Wash your hands, tie back long hair and ask an adult before using ovens, stovetops, sharp knives, hot trays or electrical appliances. Always check packet labels for allergies. If you have coeliac disease, use the gluten-free products and food-safety plan your whānau or health professional uses; oats are only suitable if your own plan says they are.
