Iconic Games Limited is a New Zealand company based in Taumarunui, Aotearoa New Zealand. These terms apply to use of the Iconic Games website and the purchase of Iconic Games products and digital resources through our website.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
• Product availability is limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities or close a product drop once stock is exhausted.
• Iconic Games Box — 90s Edition is a one-off limited drop. Only 30 boxes are available.
• Pricing and availability will be as described on the product page at time of purchase.

Physical product purchases (Iconic Games Box)

Physical product purchases are processed through our secure online checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions in addition to these terms.

Orders are expected to ship within the timeframe stated on the product page at time of purchase. If delays occur, customers will be notified by email.

Mīharo: Escape the Arcade is sold and operated at playmiharo.co.nz ↗. Purchasing Mīharo is subject to the terms and privacy policy on that website. Payments are processed via Stripe at playmiharo.co.nz. Iconic Games Limited website (iconicgames.co.nz) links to Mīharo but does not process Mīharo payments.

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery.
• Iconic Games Box contains small parts. You are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately, particularly around children under 3 years of age.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Fair Trading Act, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
